OG CT Strain
Like all OG strains stemming from their California base, little information is available on this variant, OG CT. THC, CDB, growing information, genetic lineage, and breeder are all in short supply. From user reports, it would seem that this is a 50/50 hybrid with well-balanced Sativa and Indica effects. This is a powerful strain, like most of the OG descendants, and though THC levels are unknown they are suspected to be above 20% on average. The initial euphoric effects quickly fade into a full body stone that can easily induce sluggishness and couch lock to those who are unprepared for its effects. OG CT is a rare strain that is certainly not for novice users. It is a dark green color with a noticeable absence of hairs or trichomes. What it lacks in appearance it makes up for in its delicious pine and citrus aroma and its earth flavor with mint undertones. OG CT is most commonly described as an uplifting and euphoric strain making it good for the treatment of depression. It is most likely impossible to find outside of the California region.
Why do Patients Use OG CT?
A well-balanced strain, it is versatile enough to treat a variety of different symptoms, including depression, ADHD, anxiety, stress, insomnia, minor pain and more. The full uses of OG variants have not yet been fully studied. This does seem to be a versatile medical marijuana strain so it can be used to treat many different conditions without too much risk. As usual, for severe pain, a strong Indica is recommended and for chronic cases of anxiety or depression, a Sativa dominant strain may be more appropriate.
