Sour Grape is named after its sour grape taste, which is not the most pleasant. It is a cross between Granddaddy Purple and Sour Diesel. This is the ideal strain for a quite evening to wind down or to talk to friends in a low-key setting, as it may put you in a low-key mood. Sour Grape is an odd mix between energy and relaxation and users may find themselves going from relaxation to energetic moods during the high. It is unique in that it calms the muscles without completely draining the body of its energy, as is typical of Indicas. It has a varied THC range between 14-24% and has perfectly balanced mental and physical effects. It has a relatively short flowering time and is a 50/50 hybrid with a moderate yield. Sour Grape has small to medium-sized flowers that appear spherical in shape when fully cured.  The tiny buds adhere in a dense and heavy Indica structure, with the leaves tightly coiled around central stems. The leaves themselves are a dull, earthy shade of dark green; although many phenotypes boast vibrant streaks of purple.
